Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with the tags still attached. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. These restrictions will be clearly outlined on the product page. If you are unsure about a specific product, please feel free to contact us. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend first returning the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
